Though I booked Novum Hotel initially, but I was given a room in their sister property, SELECT HOTEL, just 3-5 minutes walk. It appears much bigger and classy. Everything about Select Hotel is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was topnotch and staff were friendly, responsive and respectful. EasyJet messed up my flight from the UK to Germany, via Amsterdam, and I had 48-hour delay. I reached out to Novum Hotel and they agreed to adjust my check-in date and charged me extra £25 which was okay.

Breakfast had a great selection and variety of food. Beds were very comfortable, room was quiet. Very clean room.

I’m so impressed and never expected such hospitality with a Good breakfast. Wow 🤩! I will forget my experience there and will definitely lodge there anytime any day am in that area.

First room had bad smell, so staff changed it to another without hesitation. comfortable room, nice bath, breakfast was good.

The review should go to Select Hotel Elisenhof Mönchengladbach. Although we ordered stay in Novim Freiratum StattHotel we were asked to check-in to Select Hotel Elisenhof upon the arrival. The reason was the issue with water system. The stay in Select Hotel was superb and without any issues.
